Surakarta, April 27, 2025 — Students of the Public Health Study Program (Kesmas) of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) have once again made a proud achievement. Three students won medals at the prestigious 2nd WTA Taekwondo Championship in 2025 held on April 25–27, 2025 in East Jakarta.
Susanti Alfitri and Nur Hani each won gold medals, while Lintang Aurora took home a silver medal. All three showed extraordinary performance in the match attended by hundreds of athletes from various regions in Indonesia.
This achievement is proof that UMS Public Health students not only excel in academics, but also have a high fighting spirit in sports, especially the martial art of taekwondo.
The UMS Public Health Study Program expresses its highest appreciation for the dedication, hard work, and fighting spirit of the students.
