SURAKARTA – The Public Health (Kesmas) Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK), Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS), recognized outstanding students through the 2026 Public Health Study Program Student Award. This award recognizes academic and non-academic achievements, organizational activities, and student contributions to the development of the UMS Public Health Study Program.
The 2026 Public Health Study Program Student Award presented several award categories, including Outstanding Student Classes of 2023, 2024, and 2025, Most Active Student of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK), Most Active Student, and Overall Champion of the 2026 Public Health Study Program Student Award.
In the Outstanding Student Class of 2023 category, awards were given to Sa’adah Luthfia Fatimah as 1st Place, Afnan Zain Muzakki as 2nd Place, and Ilma Khoirunnisa as 3rd Place.
In the Outstanding Student Class of 2024 category, Zahrotul Maulidah won 1st Place, followed by Firli Shahibah as 2nd Place, and Ikrima Istiqomah as 3rd Place.
Meanwhile, in the Outstanding Student Class of 2025 category, awards were given to Zheza Prima Setia Dewi as 1st Place, Alya Zahira as 2nd Place, and Wafiq Azizah won third place.
In the Most Active Student category of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK), Afnan Zain Muzakki won first place. Najma Azizah Nurrahmah took second place, while An Afida Atsna took third place.
In the Most Active Student category, Afnan Zain Muzakki again won first place, followed by Najma Azizah Nurrahmah in second place, and Sa’adah Luthfia Fatimah in third place.
Thanks to his consistent achievements across various categories, Afnan Zain Muzakki was named the Overall Champion of the 2026 Public Health Study Program Student Award.
The Head of the UMS Public Health Study Program stated that the Student Award is a form of appreciation for students who excel not only academically but also actively participate in organizations, student activities, character development, and uphold the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah.
Through this award, the UMS Public Health Study Program hopes to continue fostering a culture of achievement among its students. The Student Award is expected to motivate all students to continue developing their competencies, leadership, innovation, and tangible contributions to society, while also strengthening the UMS Public Health Study Program’s commitment to producing graduates who excel, possess character, and are competitive at both the national and international levels.
