UMS Public Health Lecturer Serves as Judge at Two International Events in Malaysia

SURAKARTA – Mitoriana Porusia, S.K.M., M.P.H., a lecturer in the Public Health (Kesmas) Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), has once again achieved international success by serving as a judge at two international scientific events held in Malaysia: the Conference of Environmental Health and Safety (CoEHS) 2026 and the 2nd International Student Symposium (ISS).

Mitoriana’s involvement as a judge at both events represents international recognition of her competence and expertise in the field of public health. In her role, she was tasked with assessing various scientific papers, innovations, and research results presented by participants from various institutions and countries.

CoEHS 2026 is an international forum that brings together academics, researchers, and practitioners to share ideas and research findings related to environmental health and safety. Meanwhile, the 2nd International Student Symposium provided a platform for students from various countries to present scientific papers and innovations that contribute to the development of science and the solution of global problems.

The trust placed in Mitoriana demonstrates that UMS Public Health lecturers possess the capacity and academic track record recognized not only nationally but also internationally.
