UMS Public Health Students Win Two Gold Medals at the 2025 Satya Dharma Gita International Choir Festival

Surakarta, 16 September 2025 — Students from the Public Health Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS Public Health) have once again achieved a proud achievement. Four students, Muhammad Arriyan, Nasywa Agustina, Valencia Orlin, and Rasendriya Hutomo, along with the UMS Voca Al Kindi Choir, successfully won two Gold Medals at the prestigious 10th Satya Dharma Gita International Choir Festival 2025.

In the competition, which was attended by various choirs from Indonesia and abroad, UMS Voca Al Kindi Choir won:

Gold Medal – Mixed Song

Gold Medal – Folk Song

This achievement demonstrates that enthusiasm, hard work, and harmony can lead UMS students to international success. In addition to demonstrating superior musical abilities, this success also underscores UMS’s commitment to fostering student potential in multidimensional ways—both academic and non-academic areas.
