UMS Public Health Announces Winners of The Fourth Competition of Public Health Education for Senior High School 2025

Surakarta, May 23, 2025 — The Public Health Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS Public Health Study Program) officially announced the winners of The Fourth Competition of Public Health Education for Senior High School 2025. This competition carries the theme “Prevent Better: Utilize Health Services at the Health Center Around You” as a form of education and preventive health campaign for high school/vocational high school/Islamic high school students throughout Indonesia.

This year’s competition features two categories, namely the Poster Competition and the Short Movie Competition. After going through a strict selection process by a professional jury, here is the list of winners:

Poster Competition Category:

  • 1st Place: Chilla Veyvita (SMAN 1 Indramayu)
  • 2nd Place: Muh. Hanif A (SMAN 2 Kota Kediri)
  • Favorite Champion: Ela Ardi Septiani (SMKN 2 Blora)

Short Movie Competition Category:

  • 1st Place: Broadcast Grafika (SMKN 4 Malang)
  • 2nd Place: An Afida Atsna (MAN 2 Karanganyar)
  • Favorite Champion: Widi Fiqri (SMK Muhammadiyah Sumpiuh)

This competition aims to raise awareness of the younger generation about the importance of utilizing primary health services available at the Health Center. In addition, this activity is also a forum for students to express their ideas and creativity in health promotion.

The UMS Public Health Study Program expresses its high appreciation to all participants for their enthusiasm and the inspiring works that have been submitted. It is hoped that this event will not only be a competition, but also a collective movement in building a healthy lifestyle culture from an early age.
