Surakarta, November 2024 – A proud achievement was once again achieved by students of the Public Health Study Program (Kesmas) who succeeded in bringing honor to the institution’s name in the KONI CUP SEASON 5 Indonesian Taekwondo Championship 2024. This prestigious competition, which was attended by the best athletes from all over Indonesia, witnessed the excellence of Public Health students in the field of Taekwondo.
In the championship which took place with great enthusiasm, three Public Health students successfully brought home a total of four gold and silver medals.
The achievements were as follows:
Rahmadhani Ai’syiah – 1st Place (Gold Medal) Poomsae Individual Senior Women & 2nd Place (Silver Medal) Poomsae Team Senior Women.
Susanti Alfitri – 1st Place (Gold Medal) Poomsae Individual Senior Women.
Lintang Aurora – 2nd Place (Silver Medal) Senior Women’s Team Poomsae.
This success is real proof that Kesmas students not only excel in academics, but also have extraordinary abilities in sports. The students who competed showed high dedication, hard work, and extraordinary fighting spirit in every category they participated in.
For this achievement, the study program and the entire academic community appreciate and provide full support to the athletes. This achievement is expected to be an inspiration for other students to continue to excel and bring honor to the institution in various competitions at the national and international levels.
Once again, congratulations to the athletes who have fought and given their best in this championship. Hopefully the achievements that have been achieved can be a motivation to continue to develop and achieve greater success in the future.
