Traditional Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCIM) holds capacity building. This Capacity Building took the form of an offline discussion activity which was attended by all TCIM Study Club Management and Student Associations as well as the study club of the Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK) Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) 2023. This activity was carried out offline in room RUK 1.1 & 1.2 on Saturday, July 29 2023, 07.00-11.30 WIB. The capacity building presented an extraordinary resource person, namely Mr. Muhammad Bagus Sudinadji, S.Psi, M.Psi. Not only him, this activity presented two other speakers, namely Mr. Purwo Setiyo Nugroho, S.K.M., M.Epid, he presented material on Evidence-based Leadership and Mrs. Anggi Putri Aria Gita, S.KM, M.KM, he presented material regarding Leadership and Systems Thinking Skills
