Tuesday, November 26, 2019 several students of the FIK-UMS Public Health Program who were gathered in the earthly children community carried out the action of “collecting cigarette butts around the campus area 1 and 2 of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The area for the action was chosen randomly both on campus 1 and 2 and carried out within 100 minutes. According to the leader of the action @mrajapangestu, this action was carried out together with 8 friends. They were divided to reach several areas that had been determined by the earth children team. And the result in 100 minutes we were able to collect 5038 butts for the area of ​​the Faculty of Health Sciences, the team consisted of 667 cigarette butts.

According to one of the team of the earth’s children who we interviewed, this action was carried out because of our concern about the smoking culture in various places. Hopefully with this action we can create a special smoking place
