This activity aims to provide basic knowledge and skills for students to practice entrepreneurship later. Second, a business internship which will be held for one month (3-29 October 2022). This group of Public Health Study Program students conducted an internship at a business owned by alumni on behalf of Fatta Yasin Munajad, S.K.M, who is engaged in the creative economy of wood crafts under the name Kreasikayukuu, located in Boyolali Regency. This internship activity aims to give students direct experience in running a business. Students are required to meet the requirements for the number of hours of internship which is 70 hours which is carried out flexibly according to the willingness of MSME partners and student lecture time. Third, making a business prototype which was presented in front of DPL and the UMS WMK Team which is scheduled for 8-9 November 2022 at the Lor In Hotel, Colomadu. The several assessment indicators in this presentation include objectives, business stages, products to be made, budget plans and SWOT analysis as well as the Business Model Canvas. Prototyping activities are targeted to produce products that are ready for sale in a minimum of 70 hours. The activity of making product prototypes after the business plan is considered feasible, and product manufacture to expos or product marketing. Each group will receive a certain amount of funds to realize the prototype.
Products produced by student groups are planned to take part in exhibition activities which will be held at the end of November or early December 2022. This hones marketing and networking strategies for WMK UMS participants. It is hoped that the existence of independent entrepreneurial activities can shape the mentality of young entrepreneurs and build young entrepreneurs since students have not graduated yet. Hopefully entrepreneurship becomes an option and can be developed to build prosperity and the economy recovers, rising faster.
