Laboratory as a facility, infrastructure and work mechanism that uniquely supports one or more of the Tri dharma of Higher Education, through direct experience in the form of skills, understanding, and insight in education and teaching as well as in the development of science and technology as well as community service.

General requirements

The Public Health Study Program Laboratory serves the borrowing of tools/goods for the academic community of the Public Health Study Program, and internal and external stakeholders
For student borrowers from outside the Public and General Health Study Program, they must use a loan application letter from the borrowing agency with the provisions in accordance with the Public Health Study Program policy.
The head of the laboratory has the right to approve or reject the application for borrowing equipment
If the head of the laboratory is not in place for more than 1 day, the submission of a letter of application can temporarily be made through the laboratory staff and furthermore, approval is requested from the head of the laboratory.
Borrowing of equipment by students from outside the Public and General Health Study Program must be accompanied by laboratory staff for the Public Health Study Program.
The assignment of laboratory staff to assist in borrowing equipment is based on a letter of assignment made by the Faculty of Health Sciences
The laboratory staff is obliged to check the equipment before it is loaned and when it is returned in front of the borrower.
Borrowers are required to leave an identity card (KTM/KTP) during the loan period
Damage that occurs to the borrowed equipment is the responsibility of the borrower
The Public Health Study Program Laboratory only serves borrowing and returning equipment on working days and hours
