The Alumni Association of the Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK) Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) on Sunday, June 18 2023 held Career Booster 1. Career Booster 1 IKA KESMAS was held at 08.30-12.00 WIB via the Zoom platform. This Career Booster program is IKA KESMAS’s first program which is also a collaboration program between study programs and IKA KESMAS. Career Booster 1 aims to open a picture of the world of work and work motivation that may involve increased responsibility, influence and growth opportunities within companies and other agencies. Furthermore, this is also good for friendship between study programs and UMS alumni who have been successful and have lots of extraordinary experience out there, according to their field or vice versa. Career Booster 1 IKA KESMAS was attended by two extraordinary speakers, namely Dr. M. Aditya Warman, S.Psi. BPJS Employment supervisory board and is the chairman of IKA UMS as well as Dr. Hj. Tutut Handayani., S.Psi., M. Psychologist who is the chief of Matahati consulting. In Career Booster 1 IKA KESMAS, it explains how to make a CV, tips for facing interviews, and soft skills that you must have in the world of work. The Career Booster 1 event was attended by students and alumni of the UMS FIK Public Health Study Program.
