Employee Performance Targets (SKP) are work plans and targets to be achieved by employees. SKP is very necessary because it is a planning effort that is filled out at the beginning of the academic year. In an effort to maximize the filling of the SKP, on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, the SKP 2021 workshop was held which was attended by all lecturers of the Public Health Study Program, FIK UMS, which was held via the zoom platform. Fulfillment of the lecturer’s credit score must be achieved through various activities, which are mainly related to the dharma of higher education.
