UMS Wins 4 Best Awards in Central Java

Entering the 61st year of UMS, it further confirms its commitment to realizing the campus as a scientific and Islamic discourse. Many achievements have been downloaded by Pabelan campus recently. Recently, UMS also received four best awards from the Central Java Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) on Monday (11/10/2019) at the Alana Hotel Surakarta.

Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Muhammad Da’i, M.Si., Apt. said that the award was routinely given every year by LLDIKTI Central Java to Central Java Universities (PT). The awards are divided into five categories, namely Universities (PT) with the highest number of researches, the most A-Accredited Study Program PTs, the most JAFA proposers, the most PKM proposers and the most community service.

“University assessments are assessed according to their classification, university groups compete with universities, high schools, polytechnics and others,” he said.

This A-accredited campus received 1st place awards in 4 categories. “Alhamdulillah, UMS is trusted to get 1st place in 4 assessment categories. We have not entered the Community Service Category yet,” said UMS Vice Chancellor I.

Muhammad Da’i also said that this achievement was a motivation for UMS to always improve its achievements in the future. “Of course we are grateful to be the motivation to improve UMS’ achievements every year.” he said.

In addition, Muhammad Da’i hopes that the achievements this time will increase to the next level. “This is a regional level 6 award (Central Java Province) so we are optimistic that it can exist, followed by further national and international achievements,” he concluded. (Risqi/Humas)
