This follow-up and screening activity was carried out on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the KESMAS Epidemiology Lab starting at 08.00-10.30 WIB. The purpose of holding this activity is to recruit new management of KEDAI for the 2018/2019 period. The management of KEDAI is taken from semester 3 and semester 5 students.

This activity began with the opening by the MC, reading recitations, remarks from the Chair of the Committee and the Chair of the KEDAI. Furthermore, screening is done by dividing into several groups. In one group there are 3 screeners to ask questions to the screening participants. The questions posed include:

Treasurer Questions:

The shop has many activities but requires large funds, while the RPP funds from the study program have not been disbursed, what will you do? Ideas that can be implemented to fund these activities?

Secretary Question:

What if you are accepted in a secretarial position but you have never been a secretary in any activity, how do you understand the jobdesk and work in that position well?

Issue Study Questions:

How do you come up with ideas in an essay, for example?

PSDM Questions:

If there is an attitude problem in a shop member, for example, non-ontime underestimates time, does not respect other people’s opinions, which can discourage other members, what will you do to evaluate these members?

PR AND INFOKOM INQUIRIES:

Are you active on any social media? For example, if you are asked to operate Adobe / Corel, what can you do?

This activity, Alhamdulillah, went smoothly with 23 follow-up screening participants and 16 follow-up screening committee members. And for the results of the recruitment of new KEDAI administrators, it will be announced on Thursday 11 October 2018.
