Registration of prospective examinees starts on 27 September – 27 October 2018;
The registration process for prospective exam participants is carried out online through www.ukakmi.com or www.ukakmi.org;
Prospective participants must fill out the registration form and upload (upload) online all the requested documents (diploma/study result card/transcript, www.forlap.dikti.go.id and 4×6 photo) according to the registration instructions;
Prospective participant data will be verified by the Participant’s Origin Institution
The verification process for participant data is carried out online by checking the suitability and completeness of participant files that have been filled in and uploaded by participants. The National Committee will provide a Username and Password to the institution.
After the institution has verified the participant, the participant will get a virtual account (VA) number. The VA number obtained as an account number to pay the competency test registration fee through an ATM or Bank Teller;
The registration fee for exam participants is Rp. 500,000,- (five hundred thousand rupiahs) for new participants and Rp. 150,000, – (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) for re-takers (participants who did not pass the previous test).
The national committee will carry out final verification of the completeness of the candidate’s files and the Competency Test Place (TUK), and the results will be announced on November 10, 2018 online through the website www.ukakmi.org or www.ukakmi.com
Participants who pass the verification can print the card online on 15 – 20 November 2018.
Participants who pass the verification must take a technical briefing (briefing) on the implementation of the exam (along with the person in charge of the exam venue and local supervisor) on November 23, 2018 at the Competency Test Place (TUK)
The exam will be conducted on November 24 2018, starting at 08.00 WIB/09.00 WITA/100.00 WIT using the Paper Based Test (PBT) method.
The results of the exam will be announced approximately 45 days after the implementation online through the website www.ukakmi.com
Participants who pass the exam will receive a certificate of competence as: Public Health Expert Level 6 KKNI.
