Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is the right to obtain legal protection of intellectual property in accordance with the laws and regulations in the field of IPR such as the Copyright Law, Patents, Industrial Designs, Trade Secrets, and Plant Varieties. Starting from this, the FIK UMS Public Health Study Program conducted an HKI socialization activity on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 through the zoom platform which was attended by all lecturers of the FIK UMS Public Health Study Program. IPR socialization that has been carried out discusses the stages in submitting copyright and intellectual property requirements that can be patented. With this IPR socialization, the academic community of the FIK UMS Public Health Study Program can apply for intellectual property rights for both lecturers and students so that they can improve the achievements and competitiveness of the FIK UMS Public Health Study Program.
