1.) Taking Courses

The number of credits that students may take is limited by the previous IPS (Semester Achievement Index). The maximum credit that can be taken is 24 credits
If the credit is taken more than the limit that has been set, it will automatically be deducted by the system. Students can determine courses that are canceled when KRS is on line

2.) Lectures

Terms
Registered as a course participant as stated on the presence of the lecturer.
Activities
Things to consider for educational activities include:
Student Attendance Card
List of lecturers course participants
Attendance recapitulation carried out at the end of each semester by the department, one of which is to determine the final exam participants
Students must at least participate in 75% of the lecturer’s learning activities
If the student does not meet the requirements as referred to in point 2.d. then it will not be included as a participant in the final semester exam

3.) Exam

BAA makes an exam schedule based on the proposal of the Faculty/Department
BAA prints exam attendance which will be distributed along with the distribution of exam question sheets to faculties.
BAA prints Exam Participant Cards + Exam Schedule and distributes to students along with the exam schedule.
The student’s requirement to take the Exam Participant Card is to have paid the SPP and Exam Fees that have been determined by the Finance Bureau
The faculty coordinates the collection of exam questions and submits them to the BAA in a sealed/sealed envelope to be duplicated
Submission of questions to BAA no later than H-2 according to the exam schedule
Late questions are sent to BAA as point no. 6, the multiplication is the responsibility of the faculty
BAA is responsible for the confidentiality of exam questions and is managed by a separate SOP.
BAA distributes duplicated exam questions to faculties in sealed/sealed envelopes along with exam attendance for each room.
Students can only take course exams as listed on the exam card
Exams are held on a scheduled basis, and no re-exams are held.
Students must comply with all the rules for administering the exam in their respective study programs / faculties

4.) Value

The lecturer enters the final score for the semester exam through an online computer network on the available computer terminal no later than 3 days after the scheduled test item is tested.

The lecturer submits the Original Score of the exam results to the head of the Faculty/Department for examination and is archived by the faculty/department.
The value input process is carried out by each lecturer through one of 2 alternatives:

Filling in grades can be done by direct input to a file that has been provided on a compact disc (CD) by the Faculty. (Excel format and/or program)
For lecturers who are familiar with the internet, they can input and upload grades online, through the Application Form on the Faculty computer that is connected to the network.
For the purpose of uploading grades, each lecturer has a personal User ID and Password provided by the IT Division. For security purposes, the password can be changed by the person concerned.
The value uploaded by the Officer is done with the User ID and Password of the Officer.
Update (Improvement) Value

Updating of grades can be done with written permission/approval from the Faculty Leader.

The procedure for the proposed value update is as follows:

from students:
students report to the supervisor
if the lecturer deems it necessary to revise grades, the lecturer reports to the Head of the Department (Kajur) / Deputy Dean (WD) I
Kajur/ WD I issued a letter of approval to improve the value and submitted it to the Officer
from the lecturer
if the lecturer deems it necessary to revise the grades, the lecturer reports to the Head of the Jurisdiction/WD I
Kajur/ WD I issued a letter of approval to improve the value and submitted it to the Officer
Maximum value update time is 2 weeks after graduation.
The mechanism for input and value updates for the Short Semester (SP) and remediation exams is the same as for the Semester Score Input/Update.
BAA and FieldIT cannot update values.
Value Output

During the consultation period and filling out the KRS, the Faculty Officer (administrator) prints out 1 KHS (Study Result Card) and is signed by the Academic Supervisor (PA) for student archives
Semester scores and Interim Transcripts can be viewed via the internet or computers provided by the faculty.
The final grade transcript is printed by BAA for graduation or other relevant purposes.
Value Archive

Faculties/Departments archive original grades and print outs from lecturers, proof of approval for grade updates, and printouts of grades at the end of each semester (KHS).
Students file printouts of semester scores (KHS) which have been signed by PA . lecturers
BAA and IT Division back up all transaction data files and all values ​​to the hard disk or CD.

Information:

  • The value administration system (input, update, output, and maintenance) which has been central in BAA will gradually be transferred to the online faculty.
  • The process of input, output and value updates is under the control and responsibility of the leadership of each faculty.
    The method of filling in grades that have been using scanned paper will gradually be developed using a computer directly by the lecturer concerned.
  • Completing grades by lecturers through computers is carried out in a moral spirit to assist and set an example for students to advance the online UMS SiAkad, which has been initiated by students in filling out online KRS and online PBM evaluations.
